Aultman Medical Group Inpatient Medicine provides excellence in hospital medicine through hospitalists who coordinate with primary care physicians and specialists, along with inpatient care.
Aultman Medical Group Inpatient Medicine was established in 2008 at Aultman Hospital, with the goal to provide the highest quality care to all patients. The team of hospitalists partners with community primary care providers, various medical/surgical specialties, nurses and other healthcare ancillary team members to coordinate and administer care to Aultman patients. Hospitalists are board-certified doctors and nurse practitioners who specialize in providing safe and efficient care to patients in the hospital. The providers do not have an outpatient office, but instead, partner with your primary care/family doctor to care for you when you are in the hospital. Information regarding your care will be communicated between Aultman Medical Group Inpatient Medicine physicians and your primary care provider.
Aultman Medical Group Inpatient Medicine's large group of physicians and advanced practice nurses work as a team to coordinate your care, so you may see more than one hospitalist during your stay. All members of the team are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional patient experience.
