Aultman Pain Management is a specialty department that offers comprehensive care for relief and management of chronic pain, which is pain that lasts six months or more on a recurring basis.
Established in 1984, Aultman Pain Management was Stark County’s first dedicated pain management facility. Over the years the practice has expanded to include an additional location in Stark County, as well as a facility in Wayne County. The multidisciplinary team includes board-certified physicians, physician assistants, clinical psychologists, advance practice and registered nurses, physical and occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers and pharmacists.
Aultman Pain Management assists patients in reducing pain, provides various methods of pain control, restores a patient's ability to live an active lifestyle, helps manage stress, depression and anger caused by chronic pain, and educates caregivers in the awareness of pain management.
